摘要
以中国特有植物欧李的30份种质果肉为材料,进行了不同种质间多酚含量以及总抗氧化活性差异比较及聚类分析。结果表明,欧李果肉中富含多酚(高达7. 2 mg/g鲜重),具有较强的抗氧化活性(高达9079 U/g鲜重)。不同种质果肉中多酚含量和总抗氧化活性差异较大,其变异系数分别为27. 7%和20. 3%,表明欧李种质具有丰富的遗传多样性。通过聚类分析将不同欧李种质划分为3个类型,筛选出了7份种质为高含量高活性类型,为下一步的欧李新品种育种提供了科学依据。
Differences of polyphenols content and total antioxidant activity as well as their cluster analysis in flesh of Chinese dwarf cherry 30 germplasm endemic plant in China were carried out.The results show that polyphenols content is high(up to 7.2 mg/g FW)and has strong antioxidant activity(up to 907.9 U/g FW)in flesh.Rich genetic diversity was found in Chinese dwarf cherry germplasm,resulted from variation coefficient of polyphenols content and total antioxidant activity were 27.7%and 20.3%,respectively.Three types of Chinese dwarf cherry germplasm were divided by cluster analysis,and 7 germplasms in high content and high activity type was screened.These provide a scientific basis for the next breeding of new varieties in Chinese dwarf cherry.
