摘要
目的观察口腔健康教育对提高儿童口腔健康状况的效果。方法采取队列研究方法,选取2014年12月至2015年6月合肥医学院附属口腔医院收治的初诊患儿60例作为干预组,给予口腔健康教育;选取2014年5-11月未实施长期预约复诊的初诊患儿60例作为对照组。观察时间均为6个月,比较2组患儿口腔健康状况。结果 2组患儿的家长干预后3、6个月口腔疾病预防意识评分,以及2组患儿干预后3、6个月复诊次数、复诊人数、口腔健康状况(牙龈出血指数)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采取口腔健康教育措施能大幅度提高患儿口腔健康状况及复诊率,也能增强家长口腔健康意识,注重孩子口腔卫生状况。
Objective To observe the effect of oral health education in improving child oral health.Methods The cohort study method was adopted.Sixty children with initial treatment in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from December 2014 to June 2015 served as the intervention group and the oral education was given to them;the other 60 children patients with initial treatment without implementing the long term appointment return visit from May to November 2014 served as the control group.The observation time in the two groups was 6 months.Then the oral health status was compared between the two groups.Results The oral disease prevention awareness score,number of re-visiting and number of children with re-visiting after 3,6 months of intervention,and oral health status(gingival bleeding index)had statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the oral health education measure can increase the oral health status and the re-visiting rate of children patients by a large margin,also can enhance the parents′oral health awareness and pay attention to children′s oral health status.
