摘要
翻转课堂在医学教育改革实践中已经进入内涵式发展阶段。因其教学目标的多样性、教学顺序的颠覆性,故如何开展对教学多维度、多层面的综合评价,以达到持续改进教学质量、提高教学效果,是推进翻转课堂深入发展的重要问题。CIPP模式以"背景-投入-过程-产出"为架构,涵盖教学需求、资金投入、方案追踪、绩效达标等,分别对翻转课堂课前、课中、课后三阶段进行评估,注重对教学过程与结果的动态观察,强调反馈。实践证明其对教学活动的评价可进一步完善翻转课堂教学法。故运用CIPP评价模式提升翻转课堂教学质量是对教学改革的有益探索。
The teaching model of flipped-classroom has developed into the phase of intension.It’s an important problem on how to promote flipped-classroom furtherly through comprehensive assessment to improve the teaching.The CIPP model is based on the framework of“Context,Input,Process,Product”that involves the teaching demand,the funding,the tracking,the performance and so on.The whole process of flippedclassroom can be evaluated by the CIPP model,which underlines the dynamic observation on the process and the effect of teaching,and highlights continuous feedback.It has been proved that the CIPP model improves the teaching furtherly.So it’s a valuable exploration for developing flipped-classroom to apply the CIPP model.
