摘要
2017年春季,山东省蚕业研究所试验点对北方蚕区2家育种单位选育的5对桑蚕新品种进行了实验室鉴定试验。以现行生产用种菁松×皓月为对照种,结合实验室蚕种催青、幼虫饲育、熟蚕上蔟、农艺性状调查、茧期调查、蚕茧抽样、蚕茧烘干、丝质检验等试验过程,对参试品种进行概述与分析。
5 pairs of silkworm varieties from 2 units of the northern silkworm area were identified in laboratory in the spring of 2017.In contrast to the current rearing variety Qingsong×Haoyue,the tested varieties are summarized and analyzed in respect to the experimental process including the hatching of silkworm eggs,larva rearing,mature silkworm mounting,agronomic character investigation,cocoon investigation,cocoon sampling,cocoon drying and silk identification.
