视频内容解析数据共享云平台的设计与创新 被引量：2

摘要 视频图像智能分析处理主要包括视频图像输入、内容分析、内容描述、存储应用等几个环节。视频图像智能分析处理的主要功能包括视频图像内容/事件分析和视频图像内容结构化数据描述两部分。视频图像内容/事件分析功能可包含目标检测与特征提取、目标识别、行为/事件分析等子功能,视频图像内容结构化数据描述是对视频图像内容/事件分析结果的结构化描述。通过该平台的部署,可以有效地提高安全防范系统整体的安防掌控力,进一步稳固并改善区域的公共安全环境。为重大活动安保、打击违法犯罪、处置突发事件、机场公共管理和社会面治安控制等工作中提供有效的技术支持。
