摘要
目的探讨以团队为基础的责任制带教在心脏大血管外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法 2010年5月—2017年5月,选取50名心脏大血管外科实习生为研究对象并进行回顾性研究,根据不同的教学方法将入选者分为对照组和研究组,每组25名,对照组实习生行基础教学法(Task Based Learning,TBL),研究组实习生行以团队为基础的责任制带教,实习结束后,比较两组实习生的考核成绩及教学效果。结果研究组实习生理论成绩、实践技能成绩及出科成绩均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),研究组实习生的学习时间、主观效果及教学满意度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以团队为基础的责任制带教可有效提高实习成绩及教学效果,在心脏大血管外科临床教学中具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To discuss the value of application of team-based responsibility teaching in clinical teaching of cardiac macrovascular surgery.Methods 50 interns of department of cardiac macrovascular surgery in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2017 were retrospective studied.The students were divided into control group and study group by different teaching methods,25 students in each team.Control group was educated by TBL.Study group was educated by team-based responsibility teaching.The result of examination and teaching result were compared between two groups after internship.Results The academic performance,practical skills and comprehensive performance of study group were better than control group's obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study time,subjective effect and teaching satisfaction in study group were better than control group's obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Team-based responsibility teaching could improve the comprehensive performance and teaching results,it has high application value in clinical teaching of cardiac macrovascular surgery.
