摘要
目的探讨益气活血化痰开窍法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效,为急性缺血性脑卒中的中医治疗提供依据。方法将120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组患者采用西医常规对症治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用以益气活血化痰开窍为治则的中药汤剂治疗,2组患者均治疗2周。观察2组患者治疗前后神经功能NIHSS评分、中医证候评分、生活质量评分变化情况,评估2组患者临床治疗效果。结果 2组患者治疗2周后NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0. 05),且治疗组患者NIHSS评分、中医证候评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。2组患者治疗2周后生活质量各项评分及总分均明显提高(P均<0. 05),且治疗组患者各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05)。治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论益气活血化痰开窍法能有效改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能缺损,减轻临床症状,显著提高临床疗效及患者生活质量。
Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy on patients with acute ischemic stroke with the therapy of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation-eliminating phlegm for resuscitation,to provide the basis for treatment of acute ischemic stroke by TCM. Methods Totally 120 acute ischemic stroke patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine symptomatic treatment of western medicine. The patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction made based on the therapeutic principle of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation-eliminating phlegm for resuscitation,in addition to the therapies in the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of neurological deficit score( NIHSS),quality of life score( QOL) and the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical curative effects were assessed in the two groups. Results The scores of NIHSS and the TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower while the scores of every item and total scores of QOL were significantly higher after treatment than those before treatment in the two groups( P all < 0. 05). The scores of NIHSS and the TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower while the scores of every item and total scores of QOL were significantly higher after treatment in the treatment group than those in the control group( P all < 0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The therapy of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation-eliminating phlegm for resuscitation can significantly improve the neurological deficit score,improve clinical symptoms,and significantly improve clinical effect in the patients with acute ischemic stroke.
