Antibacterial finishing and the process optimization of the SMS nonwovens

摘要 为探讨SMS非织造材料最优抗菌整理工艺及其抗菌效果,使用特殊杂环类抗菌整理剂TF-618对SMS非织造布进行抗菌整理;通过正交试验,分析各因素对抗菌整理效果的影响和显著次序;以琼脂平皿扩散法评价抗菌性能,并比较整理前后试样在强力、透湿性、透气性、悬垂性等方面的差异.结果表明,经抗菌整理过的SMS非织造材料具有良好的抗菌性.各因素对抗菌效果的影响依次为:烘燥时间>整理温度>整理剂浓度>浸渍时间>烘燥温度.最优整理工艺为:烘燥时间180s,整理温度43℃,整理剂浓度30g·L-1,浸渍时间20min,烘燥温度100℃.经整理后非织造布的透气性、悬垂性没有明显的变化,但其强力及透湿性降低,即穿着耐久性方面有所下降,但作为一次性使用的医用防护材料并不受其影响,可以考虑推广使用. To investigate the optimal antibacterial finishing progress and the antibacterial activity of SMS nonwoven fabrics,a special heterocyclic compounds-based antibacterial finishing agent was used for SMS non woven antibacterial finishing.Orthogonal experiment was designed to analyze finishing effect and significant sequence to the nonwovens.The antibacterial properties were evaluated by agar plate diffusion method.The properties of samples were also compared before and after finishing such as strength,moisture permeability,air permeability and drapability.The test results show that the SMS nonwoven fabrics after antibacterial finishing have good antibacterial activity.The sequence of five factors affecting antibacterial properties is:drying time>finishing temperature>finishing agent concentration>dipping time>drying temperature.The optimum finishing process is as follows:the finishing agent concentration is 30 g·L^-1,finishing temperature 43℃,dipping time 20 min,drying temperature 100℃and dipping time 180 s.The air permeability and drapability for finished samples change little,but its strength and moisture permeability decrease.That is,the durability of finished samples declines.It is,however,acceptable for disposable medical protection materials,and can be considered for a wider range of applications.
