摘要
阅读疗法有助于提升阅读质量,提高读者心理健康水平,值得我们关注、推广和实践。文章针对目前高职院校学生的心理健康状况以及阅读现状,概述了高职院校开展阅读疗法的必要性,并就如何开展阅读疗法提供了可操作性的实施策略。
Reading therapy is helpful to improve reading quality and mental health of readers, which deserves our attention,promotion and practice. This article summarizes the necessity of developing reading therapy in Higher Vocational Colleges in view of the current mental health status and reading status of students in Higher Vocational Colleges, and provides operational implementation strategies on how to develop reading therapy.
