摘要
中韩两国自1992年建立外交关系以来,在公共外交领域积极开展合作,在对方国家形成了"韩流""汉风"的良好局面。中国以"汉风"为主线积极开展对韩公共外交,带动国家品牌战略建设,取得了诸多成就,使国家文化软实力和中华文化影响力得到大幅提高。但是中国对韩公共外交仍存在许多现实问题。本文从中韩两国民众互不信任、中韩文化交流具有单向性两方面分析了中国对韩公共外交存在的问题,并指出问题产生于多维度的国家利益,进而提出了相应的应对之策。
China and ROK established diplomatic relations in 1992.The relations between the two countries have gradually improved,forming“Korean wave”and“Chinese style”by cooperating actively in public diplomacy fields.Taking the“Chinese style”as its main line,China has actively carried out public diplomacy with ROK and promoted the construction of the national brand.China has made many achievements in soft power and the influence of Chinese culture greatly improved.But there are still some real dilemmas in China's public diplomacy towards ROK.How do China and ROK seek common ground for interests and resolve conflicts,is an opportunity to push bilateral relations to a higher level of the two countries.This paper analyzes the dilemmas by elaborating the public distrust between the two countries and unidirectional Sino-ROK cultural exchanges,pointing out that the causes of the predicament are rooted in the multidimensional national interests and the corresponding responses are given.
