铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的临床分布及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析铜绿假单胞菌在临床的分布情况,并对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性,总结并指导临床用药。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年5月出现铜绿假单胞菌感染的患者标本1682份,对其进行耐药性分析,分析耐药性分析结果,总结铜绿假单胞菌出现耐药的药物种类,并对上述患者的感染分布进行观察和对比。结果 ICU重症监护病房感染发生率最高,占19.79%,其次为杂病科患者的感染发生率相对较高,患者中以庆大霉素、哌拉西林、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢他啶、阿卡米星以及头孢吡肟,其中庆大霉素、哌拉西林、左氧氟沙星、环丙沙星超过40%,患者中以呼吸道标本中出现铜绿假单胞菌感染的发病率最高。结论铜绿假单胞菌感染患者以院内感染的发生率较高,且发生感染的科室分布广,分布相对均匀,需临床注意院内感染的预防,铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性相对较高,对患者的用药需临床注意其科学性。 Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of pseudomonas aeruginosa hospital infection and summarize the clinical medication. Methods 1 682 pieces of pseudomonas aeruginosa specimens in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected, and the drug resistance was analyzed, and the resistance analysis results were analyzed, and the drug type of pseudomonas aeruginosa was summarized, and the infection distribution was observed and compared. Results The incidence rate of infection of ICU was the highest, accounting for 19.79%, and the incidence rate of infection in the miscellaneous diseases department was relatively high, and the gentamycin, piperacillin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin were more than 40%, and the morbidity of pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in the respiration tract specimens was the highest. Conclusion The incidence rate of hospital infection in patients with pseudomonas aeruginosa was higher, and the infectious department distribution is wide, and the distribution is relatively even, and we need to pay attention to the prevention of the hospital infection, and the drug tolerance of pseudomonas aeruginosa is relatively high, and we need to pay attention to the scientificalness in clinic.
