摘要
介绍了一种能实现特殊要求功能的热压机的主要设计过程及智能控制功能,不仅实现橡胶类产品的常规硫化要求,还可实现特殊类复合材料、高分子材料等制品的热压成型要求。已经在航空、航天、电子、汽车等新材料领域得到推广使用。
This paper introduces the main design process and intelligent control function of a hot press that can realize special request function. It can not only realize the conventional vulcanization requirements of rubber products, but also realize the hot press forming requirements of special composite materials, polymer materials and other products. Which has been promoted in new materials such as aviation, aerospace,electronics, and automobiles.
