摘要
目的探讨并总结规范化、系统化的深静脉置管管路护理在中毒患者血液灌流中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院急诊科收治的行血液灌流治疗的中毒患者100例作为研究对象,按照深静脉置管护理改进前和改进后分为对照组与实验组,各50例。入院后均建立血管通路,行血液灌流治疗,对照组行常规血流灌注护理,观察组实施规范化、系统化深静脉置管管路护理。比较2组导管感染、导管血栓、其他原因及非计划拔管发生率;导管脱落、导管堵塞、局部感染及血肿等置管并发症。结果实验组导管感染、导管血栓、其他原因及非计划拔管发生率均低于对照组(P <0. 05);实验组置管并发症发生率为20. 0%,显著低于对照组发生率54. 0%(P <0. 05)。结论实施规范化、系统化深静脉置管护理,可保障中毒患者血液灌流效果,提高置管维护力度,降低相关置管并发症的发生风险。
Objective To explore clinical effect of standardized and systematic nursing of deep vein catheterization pipeline in hemoperfusion patients with toxication.Methods A total of 100 poisoned patients treated by hemoperfusion were divided into control group(before improvement)and experimental group(after improvement),with 50 cases in each group.After admission,vascular access was established and hemoperfusion therapy was performed.The control group received routine blood flow perfusion nursing,while the observation group received standardized and systematic deep vein catheterization nursing.The incidence of catheter infection,incidences of unplanned extubation such as catheter thrombosis and other causes,catheter shedding,catheter blockage,local infection,hematoma and other complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of unplanned extubation such as catheter infection,catheter thrombosis,other causes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter complications in the experimental group was 20.0%(10/50),which was significantly lower than 54.0%(27/50)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized and systematic nursing for deep vein catheterization can ensure the efficacy of hemoperfusion,improve maintenance of catheterization,reduce the risk of related catheterization complications.
