摘要
目的探讨福建省宁德地区畲族错牙合畸形患者Bolton指数分析情况,分析宁德地区畲族错畸形患者Bolton指数的平均值、男女差异及各分组之间差异。方法选取2014年1月～2017年1月就诊于宁德市医院口腔正畸科畲族患者186例的正畸石膏模型作为研究对象。其中,男87例,女99例,按照骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错畸形分为三组。测量各样本上下颌的牙冠宽度,计算每个样本的前牙及全牙Bolton指数,然后运用SPSS软件处理数据并进行统计学分析。结果宁德地区畲族不同错患者的Bolton指数前牙比、全牙比骨性Ⅲ类组高于骨性Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),宁德地区畲族错畸形患者Bolton指数的标准值与中国人正常Bolton指数平均值相差不大。结论宁德地区畲族错畸形患者Bolton前牙比及全牙比骨性Ⅲ类组骨性Ⅰ类及Ⅱ类组高。平均值与中国人正常Bolton指数平均值相差不大。
Objective To explore the Bolton index analysis of she people with jaw malformation in ningde, fujian province. Method From January 2014 to January 2017, the orthodontic plaster model of 186 she patients admitted to the department of oral orthodontics of ningde hospital was selected as the research object. Among them, 87 were males and 99 were females. According to the osseous Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ wrong micromaxillary deformity is divided into three groups. The crown width of the upper and lower jaw of each sample was measured. Calculate the anterior tooth and complete tooth Bolton index of each sample. Then SPSS software was used to process the data and conduct statistical analysis. Result Ningde she area is different jaw malformation than Bolton index in patients with front teeth, the tooth than osseous Ⅲ class group is higher than the osseous Ⅰ and Ⅱ class group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)The standard value of Bolton index for she people with jaw malformation in ningde is not different from the average value of Chinese normal Bolton index. Conclusion In ningde she different jaw malformation in patients with Bolton front teeth and full teeth than osseous Ⅲ high class osseous Ⅰ and Ⅱ class group. The average value is not far from the average value of Chinese normal Bolton index.
