摘要
本文运用空间计量分析技术,从地理邻近、地理距离和经济距离3个方面构建了空间权重矩阵,考察了2004—2015年中国285个地级及以上城市的技术进步和技术效率对产业结构升级的直接效应与空间溢出效应.研究结果显示:从全国层面看,技术进步和技术效率对本地和周边地区产业结构升级具有显著的促进作用和空间溢出效应;从分区域的角度看,技术进步对东部和西部地区产业结构升级具有显著的促进作用和空间溢出效应,中部地区不显著;技术效率对西部地区产业结构升级具有显著的促进作用和空间溢出效应,东部和中部地区不显著.最后,提出了相应的政策建议.
By using the technology of spatial econometric analysis, and constructing spatial weight matrices from three aspects of geographical proximity,geographical distance and economic distance it studied the direct effect and spatial spillover effect of technological progress and technological efficiency on industrial structure upgrading of 285 cities in China from 2004 to 2015.The results show that at the national level,technological progress and technological efficiency have significant promotion and spatial spillover effect on the industrial structure upgrading in local and surrounding areas;at the subregion level,technological progress has significant promotion and spatial spillover effect on industrial structure upgrading in the eastern and western regions,but no significant effect in the central region,and technological efficiency has significant promoting effect and spatial spillover effect on industrial structure upgrading in the western region,but no significant effect in the eastern and central regions.Finally,it put forwards constructive policy suggestions.
