摘要
高校实验室的大型仪器设备开放共享以提高利用率和满足社会需求为目标,以信息化管理为技术手段,以共享平台为窗口,以专业的人才队伍作技术保障,稳步推进。科研资源应用圈以学院课题组为核心,逐步辐射到其他院系、高校、科研院所、企业和个人,从专管专用,走向专管共用、共管共用。以机械学科实验室为例,阐述高校大型仪器设备开放共享的实施背景、意义与实践探索。
The opening and sharing of large-scale instruments and equipment in university laboratories is aimed at improving the utilization rate and meeting the needs of the society.It takes information management as a technological means,and takes the sharing platform as the window,with professional talents as technical support,and steadily advances.Application of scientifi c research resources circle college research group as the core,gradually radiation to other colleges and universities,research institutes,enterprises and individuals,from the special charge,to charge sharing,condominium.Taking the mechanical laboratory as an example,this paper expounds the background,signifi cance and practical exploration of the implementation of the opening and sharing of large instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.
