摘要
目的研究护士分层级管理在提高护理质量中的应用价值。方法选取我院54名护理人员按照不同的护士管理模式分为观察组和对照组各27名,观察组护理人员采用护士分层级管理模式进行管理,对照组采用常规护理管理模式进行管理,对两组护理人员的护理满意度和不良事件发生率进行分析比较。结果观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P <0.05),且观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在目前的护理人员管理模式中,应用护士分层级管理模式可以有效的提高护理人员的护理质量以及护理满意度,同时有效的降低了不良事件的发生率。
Objective To study the application value of nurse hierarchical management in improving the quality of nursing.Methods54nurses in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nurse management mode.The nursing staff in the observation group were managed by the nursing stratified management mode.The control group was managed by the conventional nursing management mode,and the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups of nursing staff were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the current nursing staff management model,the application of nurse hierarchical management model can effectively improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of nursing staff,and reduce the incidence of adverse events effectively.
