摘要
高等职业教育以专业为龙头是学界的共识。高等职业院校依据其定位建设骨干专业群,形成集群效应,是壮大办学实力、增强核心竞争力的创新之举。从专业群的特点入手,在具体阐释专业群构建方式的基础上,建构了财经类高等职业院校的骨干专业群架构,并以财经类高等职业院校为例,提出了"做优"骨干专业、打造骨干专业群,培植高等职业院校核心竞争力的主要对策。
It is a consensus that in higher vocational education specialties are the most important.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should build core specialty groups according to their positioning to form a cluster effect,which is an innovation and it can strengthen the colleges'school-running ability as well as their core competitiveness.Starting from the analysis on the characteristics of speciality groups,this paper specifically expounds the way to construct specialty groups,based on which the core specialty group framework is proposed for higher vocational colleges focusing on finance and economics.This paper finally puts forward some suggestions for these higher vocational colleges focusing on finance and economics to optimize core specialties,build core speciality groups and cultivate core competitiveness.
