摘要
医院人力资源属于医院卫生服务的基础,而医院人力资源管理的质量直接决定着医院的整体服务质量。随着市场经济的影响,医院与医院之间的竞争越来越大,而医院人力资源管理与医院自身整体服务质量有着重要的关系,属于竞争中生存与发展的关键。本次研究主要对目前影响我国医院服务品质的因素进行分析,探究精细化人力资源管理对医院服务品质提升的作用。
Hospital human resource is the basis of hospital health service,and the quality of hospital human resource management directly determines the overall service quality of the hospital.With the influence of market economy,the competition between hospitals is becoming greater and greater,and the human resource management of hospitals has an important relationship with the overall service quality of hospitals,which is the key to survival and development in the competition.This study mainly analyzed the factors affecting the service quality of hospitals in China and explored the role of refined human resource management in improving the service quality of hospitals.
