摘要
目的:探析护理干预对ICU患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年4月至2018年6月在福建省泉州市第一医院ICU科室接受治疗的患者100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,分别实施常规护理和常规护理+护理干预,比较2组患者的睡眠质量、满意度和负面情绪严重程度。结果:实施护理后,对照组患者的各项睡眠质量评分显著低于观察组,可见观察组患者的睡眠质量更佳;通过对2组患者的护理满意度进行比较,发现观察组的满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);通过比较2组患者护理后的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪严重程度,发现观察组患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪评分更低,与对照组比较优势更为突出,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:通过对ICU患者实施护理干预,可以改善患者的睡眠质量,同时可以改善患者的负面情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意程度,故值得进一步推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality of patients with ICU.Methods:From April2017to June2018,100patients who were treated in ICU department of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,50cases in each group.Routine nursing and routine nursing intervention were carried out respectively.Sleep quality,satisfaction and severity of negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of sleep quality of the patients in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and the sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group.By comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,it was found that the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).By comparing the anxiety and depression severity of the two groups,it was found that the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in ICU patients can improve the quality of sleep,improve the negative emotions of patients,and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients with nursing work,so it is worthy of further promotion and application.
