摘要
针对汽车变速箱装配精度要求高、装配线开发周期长等问题,在对虚拟装配技术进行研究后,以数字化软件Tecnomatix为平台,对变速箱装配路径以及设备运动序列进行规划,设计一种适用于变速箱装配的虚拟装配方案。通过平台强大的仿真功能,进行了装配干涉的检测,优化了装配路径,最后得到一个高精度且适用于实际生产的装配方案。仿真结果表明,运用虚拟装配技术,可以有效避免设计漏洞,防止出现错装、漏装现象,缩短了开发周期,让设计和生产变得更加"无缝"。
In allusion to the problems of high requirement of assembly precision of automobile gearbox and long development cycle of assembly line,the article,after studying the virtual assembly technology,uses digital software Tecnomatix to plan gearbox’s assembly paths and equipments’movement sequences,and designs a gearbox’s virtual assembly scheme.Through the platform's powerful simulation function,the assembly interference was detected,and the assembly path was optimized,finally gets a high-precision assembly scheme which is suitable for actual production.Simulation results show that virtual assembly technology can effectively avoid design loopholes and prevent erroneous assembly and incomplete assembly,shorten the development cycle,make design and production become more seamless.
