摘要
以设施布局规划为代表的精益生产的技术方法在企业工厂规划与设计中占有重要地位,规划设计的成功与否会直接影响到整个系统运营的效率。结合广电电气集团职能搬迁项目进行了具体的工厂布局规划设计与优化,在具体设计中,按照项目决策制定的设施布局规划整体要求及约束条件,从可行方案中采用层次分折法评价,得出了最优方案,并比较了方案前后布局优化的效果。通过图表展示并借用MATLAB等数学软件求解,对其他领域的类似应用有较大的借鉴意义。
Scientific planning,meticulous factory building and resource optimization and integration have become the theme of enterprise development.Facility layout planning plays important role in factory design,it will affect the operational efficiency of the entire system.In the specific design,the optimal solution is obtained by using logistics distance analysis method and AHP for the solutions evaluation and the effects of the layout planning are compared before and after redesign to prove the solution's superiority.The solution gets the favourable comment by the plant.This paper is based on diagrams and tables,and is solved by using MATLAB.It has a strong reference for similar applications in other fields.
