摘要
通过分析装配式套筒灌浆连接技术事后检测方法,以及套筒灌浆饱满度事中质量控制检测方法,对不同学者关于套筒灌浆质量问题的研究进行优缺点的分析归纳总结,目前在装配式套筒灌浆中如何使孔道灌浆饱满、密室,是困扰装配式建筑发展的一大难题,作者提出真空灌浆法施工技术的设想,来解决装配式套筒灌浆饱满度问题。
By analyzing the post-test method of assembling sleeve grouting connection technology and the quality control method of sleeve grouting fullness,the advantages and disadvantages of different scholars on sleeve grouting quality problems are analyzed and summarized.At present,how to make the grouting holes full in assembling sleeve grouting is discussed.Full and confined chamber is a big problem that puzzles the development of assembly building.The author puts forward the idea of vacuum grouting construction technology to solve the problem of the fullness of assembly sleeve grouting.
