摘要
目的:建立科学和精细化的医疗设备维修管理机制,以保障医疗设备维修质量,改变维修管理现状,降低医院运营成本。方法:以医院麻醉呼吸机的维修为例,评估影响医疗设备关键值的维护必要性、功能性、风险性、重要性以及使用年限5个因素,计算出医疗设备关键值,结合医院医疗设备维修实际情况,选择最优的维修模式。结果:计算麻醉机的关键值从而选择设备性价比最高的维修模式,保障临床科室的正常使用,提高临床满意度。结论:根据医疗设备关键值结合医院实际情况选择合适的维修模式,改变以往设备维修管理主观判断、流于形式的问题,有效控制维修成本,提高维修工作效率和服务水平。
Objective:To establish a scientific and refined maintenance management mechanism,and change the poor status of maintenance management of medical equipment,and reduce operating costs of hospital so as to ensure the maintenance quality of medical equipment.Methods:The maintenance of anesthesia respirator was used as sample to assess 5 factors,included maintenance necessity,functionality,risk,importance and service life period,that affected key value of medical equipment,and calculate the key value of medical equipment.And then combined with the actual situation of medical equipment in hospital to select the optimal maintenance mode.Results:Based on the key value of anesthesia machine that was calculated,the maintenance mode with highest cost-effectiveness was selected.And the normal usage of equipment was guaranteed for clinical department,and the satisfaction of clinical department was enhanced.Conclusion:According to the key value of medical equipment and the actual situation of the hospital to choose the appropriate maintenance mode can change the problems of subjective judgment and formalism in previous management of equipment maintenance,and effectively control the maintenance cost,and enhance the efficiency of maintenance work and service level.
