摘要
在新发展理念指导下国家大力实施乡村振兴战略和持续推进农业供给侧结构性改革。为了满足人们对生鲜农产品消费的个性化需求以及对生鲜农产品本身的品质与安全性要求,生鲜农产品智慧冷链物流体系构建与优化成为新形势下的一个重要命题。在对我国生鲜农产品冷链物流发展现状分析的基础上,综合运用互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算等先进技术,构建了一整套需求拉动型的生鲜农产品智慧冷链体系框架,并针对我国生鲜农产品冷链物流未来发展进行了总结和展望。研究成果对指导我国构建高效、安全、完备的生鲜农产品智慧冷链物流体系有一定的参考价值。
Under the guidance of the New Development Concepts,our country vigorously implements the strategy of Rural Revitalization and continuously promotes the structural reform of agricultural supply side.in order to meet the people’s personalized needs of fresh consumption and the fresh products’requirements of quality and safety,the construction and optimization of intelligent cold chain logistics system for fresh agricultural products has become an important proposition under the new situation.based on the analysis of cold chain logistics development situation of fresh agricultural products in China,it has constructed a set of demand-pull wisdom fresh agricultural products cold chain system framework with the integrated use of advanced technology of the internet,the internet of things,big data and cloud computing,the future development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China is also summarized and prospected.the research results have important reference value for guiding our country to construct an efficient,safe and complete intelligent cold chain logistics system for fresh agricultural products.
