摘要
针对天舟一号货运飞船配电系统配电电压高、设备数量多、布局分散、控制复杂的设计特点,综合负载设备配电需求、火工装置引爆需求、组合体间并网供电需求,提出了货运飞船分散配电控制设计:综合考虑设备布局、电压变换、电缆压降等设计因素,将传统两级电压变换优化成单级变换,给出配电控制器的通用化设计方案。设计的分散配电控制系统应用于飞行任务中,实现了天舟一号配电控制系统的高效、安全、可靠设计和在轨运行安全,可为我国后续载人航天器配电控制系统设计提供参考。
The power distribution system of Tianzhou-1 cargo spaceship has the characteristics of high distribution voltage,large quantity of equipment,scattered layout and complicated control design.According to these features,the disperse control design of high voltage power distribution system was proposed considering the requirements of the load power,the initiating explosive devices,and the grid-connection power supply.The equipment layout,the voltage conversion,and the wire voltage drop were synthesized.The traditional two-stage voltage conversion structure was optimized to single-stage voltage conversion structure in order to improve the power conversion efficiency.The generalized design schemes of power distribution devices were given.The proposed power distribution disperse control system was applied and verified in space flight mission.The efficient,safe and steady operation of high voltage power distribution system in orbit was achieved.The design proposed in this paper can provide a good reference for the power distribution control system of the future Chinese manned spacecraft.
