摘要
运用傅里叶变换红外(Fourier Transform Infrared,FT-IR)光谱结合二阶导数红外(Second-order Derivative Infrared,SD-IR)光谱、曲线拟合及二维相关红外(Two-Dimensional Correlation Infrared,2D-IR)光谱来区分松茸和姬松茸。结果显示:松茸和姬松茸的FT-IR光谱的总体特征基本相同;松茸与姬松茸SD-IR光谱在1650~750cm-1范围内吸收峰强度、位置、形状出现差异;曲线拟合结果显示松茸和姬松茸在1186~1000cm-1范围内子峰面积比例不同;2D-IR光谱在1666~1388cm-1和1120~918cm-1范围松茸和姬松茸的自动峰的数目和强度都有差别。实验结果表明,FTIR光谱结合2D-IR光谱、曲线拟合和SD-IR光谱能简单、快速、无损的区分松茸和姬松茸。
Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy combined with Second-order Derivative Infrared(SD-IR)spectroscopy,curve fitting,and two-Dimensional correlation InFrared(2D-IR)spectroscopy was used to distinguish between Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei.The results show that the general characteristics of the FT-IR spectra of Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei are basically the same;The intensity,position and shape of the absorption peaks of the SD-IR of the Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei in the range of1650to750cm^-1were different;The results of curve fitting show that the ratio of the sub-peak areas of Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei in the range of1186-1000cm^-1was different;The number and intensity of auto-peaks of Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei in the range of1666-1388cm^-1and1120-918cm^-1were different in2D-IR spectra.The experimental results show that FTIR spectroscopy combined with2D-IR spectroscopy,curve fitting and SD-IR spectroscopy can easily,rapid and non-destructively distinguish between Tricholoma matsutake and Agaricus blazei.
