胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术围术期整体护理效果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术围术期整体护理的效果。方法选择2015-01—2018-01间在平煤神马医疗集团总医院接受胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术的68例患者,随机分为2组,各34例。对照组围术期行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合整体护理干预。结果观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,生活质量优良率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对胸腹腔镜联合食管癌手术患者围术期采用整体护理,可有效减少术后并发症,提升患者的生活质量,应用效果良好。
