摘要
运用双因素理论,在对高职院校科研工作研究总结的基础上,从激励因素(科研工作目标、认可与赞赏、晋升、成就感)和保健因素(科研工作条件、科研管理制度、科研人员薪水待遇、科研人员人际关系与所处地位)两个方面,分析了影响高职科研人员创新活力的因素,阐述了双因素理论对于激发高职院校科研人员创新活力的启示。
On the basis of research summary of scientific research work in higher vocational colleges,this paper uses the two-factor theory to analyzes the factors that affect the innovation vigor of higher vocational researchers,expounds the enlightenment of two-factor theory to stimulate the innovation vitality of researchers in higher vocational colleges from two aspects:incentives(scientific research goal,the recognition and praise,promotion,a sense of accomplishment)and hygiene factors(scientific research conditions,scientific management system,scientific research personnel salary treatment,the position of the interpersonal relationship and the scientific research personnel).
