摘要
目的:探讨经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇科急腹症诊断中的临床意义。方法:收治妇产科急腹症患者113例,均采用经阴道超声及腹部超声检查。结果:113例患者中,经阴道联合腹部超声诊断111例,诊断符合率98.2%。其中异位妊娠、泌尿系结石、不全流产、子宫穿孔均符合病理诊断或临床证实,而急性盆腔炎诊断符合率95.6%,黄体破裂诊断符合率94.7%。结论:经阴道联合腹部超声检查诊断妇科急腹症准确率高,且操作简单,患者无痛苦。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen.Methods:113 patients with acute abdomen in gynecology and obstetrics were selected,they were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography.Results:In 113 patients,111 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography,and the diagnostic accordance rate was 98.2%,among them,ectopic pregnancy,urinary calculi,incomplete abortion,uterine perforation were consistent with pathological diagnosis or clinical confirmation,the diagnostic accordance rate of acute pelvic inflammatory disease was 95.6%,and the diagnostic accordance rate of corpus luteum rupture was 94.7%.Conclusion:The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen was high,and the operation was simple,the patients had no pain.
