摘要
由于大型风电齿轮箱体积大、质量重,不同支撑方式下其箱体静力学特性及齿轮接触特性有所不同。以某型号大功率风电增速器为研究对象,以其极限载荷下性能参数为依据,利用有限元法研究不同支撑方式对风电增速器静力学影响,并对计算结果进行对比分析。结果表明,与增速器底部无支撑相比,当增速器底部有脚支撑时,增速器箱体应力和变形大大降低,增速器齿轮接触应力变化较小,第一级齿轮传动啮合错位量变化较大。研究结果可为大型风电增速齿轮箱的设计与优化提供依据。
Due to the large size and weight of large wind turbine gearbox,its statics characteristic and gear contact characteristic are different under different supporting method.Taking the large wind turbine gearbox as research object,based on the performance parameters under the ultimate load,the influence of the different supporting method on wind turbine gearbox is researched by using the finite element method(FEM),and the contrastive analysis of calculation results is carried out.The results show that the stress and deformation of the box are much smaller if there is a foot supporting at the bottom of the gear box than that if there is no foot supporting,the gear contact stress of the gearbox changes little,and the meshing misalignment of the first-stage gear transmission varies greatly.The research results provide a data basis for the optimal design of large wind turbine gearbox.
