Objective To study the application value of predictive nursing procedure in patients with defect of skull complicated with hydrocephalus surgical. Methods 63 cases of patients with skull defect complicated with hydrocephalus surgical and who treated in our hospital from June 2011 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=30)by the computer random method. The control group were received routine nursing, while the study group were given the combined with predictive nursing procedure on the basis of treatment. Then, the nursing effects, postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing procedure inpatients with DOS complicated with hydrocephalus surgical which can effectively improve the clinical effect, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients satisfaction.
