摘要
FSC作为中国汽车工程学会举办的三大赛事之一,能培养大学生的设计和动手能力。而链轮传动系统是FSC赛车的重要传动装置之一。通过链轮传动主要参数的设计选取、受力分析和有限元分析,最终确定大链轮的设计合理性。该链轮传动系统应用于2018年FSC赛车上,相比以往FSC赛车,其结构更为合理、质量更轻。
Formula Student China(FSC)is one of the three events held by china society of automotive engineering,which can cultivate students design and practical ability.The chain wheel driving system is one of the important driving devices of FSC racing car.The rationality of the large chain wheel design was finally determined by the selection of its main parameters,force analysis and finite element analysis.The chain wheel driving system was used in the 2018 FSC racing car.Compared with previous FSC racing cars,it is more reasonable in structure and lighter in weight.
