摘要
目的探讨局部麻醉下Stimson配合Hippocrates法复位治疗肩关节脱位的效果。方法选取我院2017年5月～2018年5月收治的50例肩关节脱位患者作为研究对象,按照随机双盲法分为对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),对照组采用局部麻醉下单用Hippocrates法复位治疗,观察组采用局部麻醉下Stimson配合Hippocrates法复位治疗。比较两组治疗后的复位成功率、疼痛评分(VAS评分)、优良率。结果观察组治疗后的1次复位成功率高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,治疗优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部麻醉下Stimson配合Hippocrates法复位治疗肩关节脱位,可显著提高复位率,缓解患者的疼痛,效果显著,具有广泛推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Stimson combined with Hippocrates reduction treating shoulder dislocation under local anesthesia.Methods Fifty patients with shoulder dislocation who were admitted into our hospital from May2017to May2018were selected.They were divided into the control group(25cases)and observation group(25cases)according to the randomized double blind method.The control group was only given Hippocrates reduction treatment under local anesthesia,while the observation group was given Stimson combined with Hippocrates reduction treatment.The success rate of reduction,pain score(VAS score),excellent and good rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the success rate of one-time reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group,and the excellent and good rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stimson combined with Hippocrates reduction treating shoulder dislocation under local anesthesia can significantly improve the success rate of reduction,ease the pain of patients,the effect is significant,has a wide promotion value.
