摘要
目的探究行为干预措施对妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者的影响。方法于2017年1月—2018年2月在我院选取84例妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者,将其随机分成两组,一组患者采用常规护理措施,视为对照组;另一组患者在常规护理的基础上,采用行为干预措施,视为观察组,对比两组患者的下肢淋巴水肿缓解率与护理效果。结果观察组患者的下肢淋巴水肿缓解率为85.7%,和对照组患者的50.0%相比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);且观察组患者的护理后生活质量评分为(86.7±1.6)分,相比对照组患者的(78.3±1.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);同时观察组患者的护理总满意度评分为(89.4±1.2)分,与对照组患者的(63.7±1.6)分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者中实施行为干预措施,可以有效缓解患者下肢淋巴水肿程度,提升患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of behavioral intervention measures on patients with lymphedema of lower limbs after the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 84 patients with lymphedema of lower limbs after the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor were selected in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 and randomly divided into two groups.One group of patients was treated with routine nursing measures and regarded as the control group.The other group of patients was given behavioral intervention measures on the basis of routine nursing and regarded as the observation group.The remission rate of lymphedema of lower limbs and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The remission rate of lymphedema of lower limbs of patients in the observation group was 85.7%,which was higher than 50.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the quality of life score of the patients after nursing in the observation group was(86.7±1.6)points,which was higher than(78.3±1.5)of the patients in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the total nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(89.4±1.2)points,which was higher than(63.7±1.6)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of behavioral intervention measures in patients with lymphedema of lower limbs after the treatment of gynecological malignant tumor can effectively relieve the degree of lymphedema of lower limbs and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
