摘要
目的:编制适合我国教师的职业幸福感问卷并检验其信效度。方法:立足教师工作实际,结合开放式调查及访谈结果并参照国内外相关研究,编制初始问卷。30名被试参与了开放式调查,52名被试参与了预测,455名被试完成了初测,通过项目分析和探索性因素分析确定了正式问卷。450名被试完成的正式问卷数据用于进行验证性因素分析、内部一致性检验。同时,施测幸福感指数问卷、抑郁量表(SDS),以检验效标关联效度。结果:教师职业幸福感包括八个维度:领导关系、躯体健康、从业动机、成效感、同事关系、学生关系、工作情感、工作热情,拟合指标较好。结论:所编制的问题卷实证效度和结构效度良好,可用于教师职业幸福感的测查。
Objective:To develop an occupational well-being questionnaire applicable to teachers in China.Method:The intra-structure of the occupational well-being of 870 teachers was explored by the exploratory factor analysis on the basis of literature summary and questionnaire surveying.Result:The teachers'occupational well-being consisted of eight factors,which included leader relation,health,occupational motivation,efficiency,colleague relation,student relation,job passion,job affect.Conclusion:This preliminary study showed that the questionnaire has good construction validity and clinical validity.The teachers'occupational well-being questionnaire is applicable.
