摘要
我国城市轨道交通建设日趋火热,为了研究隧道开挖过程中,盾构施工对邻近独立基础框架结构的影响,利用有限元软件ANSYS对之进行了三维的多参数数值模拟。依托长株潭城际铁路施工,对各影响因素进行分析,主要选取隧道埋深、隧道与框架结构的水平距离、土质条件和框架层数为分析对象,进行不同工况下的参数化组合计算。基于框架结构的沉降、倾斜和内力指标的计算结果,总结得到各因素对邻近独立基础框架结构的影响,并可得到影响程度按大到小依次为隧道与框架结构的水平距离、土质条件、隧道埋深和框架层数。根据各因素的具体影响,从控制结构的安全出发,提出了在盾构施工中需注意的一些合理建议,该成果可为实际隧道安全施工及监测提供参考。
Urban rail transit construction in our country are becoming increasingly popular,in order to study the influence of shield construction to adjacent independent foundation frame structure,this paper conducts a three dimensional multi-parameter numerical simulation using the finite element software ANSYS.Depends on the construction of the CHANG-ZHU-TAN intercity railway projects,this paper analyzes various influence factors,chooses tunnel buried depth,horizontal distance between tunnel and the frame structure,soil condition and framework layer as the analysis objects,and in view of these factors,conducts parameterized combination calculation under different working conditions.Based on the calculation results of the settlement,inclination and internal force index of the frame structure,the paper summarizes the influence of these factors to the adjacent independent foundation frame structure.And the degree of influence can be got in turn as the horizontal distance between tunnel and the frame structure,soil condition,tunnel buried depth and framework layer.According to the specific influence of the various factors,the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions which should be noticed in the construction of shield with the purpose of ensuring security of the structure.The results can provide reference for the actual tunnel safety construction and monitoring.
