基于Fluent压光机加热辊的热流耦合数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对压光机加热辊外表面温度分布不均匀的问题,采用Solidworks软件建立加热辊三维模型,再用Fluent模块进行热流耦合分析,得到了不同加热油流速条件下加热辊辊体的温度场分布和加热油的温度变化及流动状态等参数,并进行影响因素的研究,得出现有压光机加热辊加热不均匀、加热效率低的原因,为后期纸机压光辊的设计提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of non-uniform temperature distribution on the outer surface of the heating roller of the calender,the three-dimensional model was established using Solidworks software,and the fluid heat coupling analysis was performed with Fluent.The temperature field distribution of the hot roller body and the parameters such as temperature change and flowing state of the heat transfer oil under different heat transfer oil flow rates were obtained,and the influencing factors were studied.It was found that the heating of the existing calender heating roller was not uniform and the heating efficiency was low,which provided a reference for the design of the calender roller.
