摘要
下沉式绿地是低影响开发雨水控制措施的重要组成部分,具有减少雨水径流量、减缓雨水流速的功能,耐涝植物的筛选与引种是下沉式绿地建植的关键技术。本研究选取10种草本植物作为研究对象,比较不同淹水胁迫下(0、7、14、21、28d)各植物叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素含量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量及可溶性糖含量的变化,通过隶属函数、主成分分析、聚类分析法对这10种深圳乡土植物进行耐涝性综合评价。结果表明,耐涝性表现为花叶艳山姜(Alpinia zerumbet)>一叶兰(Aspidistra elatior)>沿阶草(Ophiopogon bodinieri)>美人蕉(Canna indica)>翠芦莉(Ruellia brittoniana)>山菅兰(Dianella ensifolia)>鸢尾(Iris tectorum)>姜花(Hedychium coronarium)>肾蕨(Nephrolepis auriculata)>白蝶合果芋(Syngonium podophyllum),其中花叶艳山姜和一叶兰耐涝性较强,适宜下沉式绿地的植物选择与应用。
Submerged green space is an important part in rainwater control measures for reducing runoff and ensuring low impact development(LID).The selection and introduction of waterlogging-tolerant plants is necessary for the establishment of submerged green spaces.In this study,10 species of herbaceous plants were selected to compare the changes of relative water content,chlorophyll content,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content and soluble sugar content in leaves under different flooding stress(0,7,14,21,and 28 d).Based on analysis of subordinate function,resistance to warts could be ordered as follows:Alpinia zerumbet>Aspidistra elatior>Ophiopogon bodinieri>Canna indica>Ruellia brittoniana>Dianella ensifolia>Iris tectorum>Hedychium coronarium>Nephrolepis auriculata>Syngonium podophyllum.Among them,the A.zerumbet and A.elatior have the strongest resistance,which is suitable for the preparation of sunken green spaces.
