摘要
为提高水性丙烯酸树脂浸渍纸的表面耐磨性能和表面胶合强度,研究了纳米Al(OH)_3和纳米纤维素晶体(CNC)改性水性丙烯酸树脂浸渍纸的制备及性能。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TG)及差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对改性后的水性丙烯酸树脂乳液进行性能分析,并对比分析了改性水性丙烯酸树脂浸渍纸贴面胶合板的表面耐磨性能和胶合强度。试验结果表明:改性水性丙烯酸树脂未产生新的化学键,纳米Al(OH)_3和CNC在树脂乳液中均为增强相; CNC及纳米Al(OH)_3的加入未影响水性丙烯酸树脂乳液的热稳定性;改性水性丙烯酸树脂乳液的熔融吸热峰对应温度均高于未改性树脂乳液,具有较高的固化温度。随着CNC添加比例的增加,浸渍纸耐磨性逐渐增加,而纳米Al(OH)_3的加入进一步提高了耐磨性能;加入少量CNC可提高表面胶合强度,当加入的CNC过多时,水性丙烯酸树脂浸渍纸贴面胶合板的表面胶合强度有所降低。
In order to improve the surface abrasion resistance and bonding strength of the modified paper,the preparation and properties of the paper impregnated with waterborne acrylic resin that tailored by nano aluminum hydroxide and cellulose nanocrystalline(CNC)was investigated in this study.The performance of the modified waterborne acrylic resin emulsion was analyzed by the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),thermal gravimetric(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The surface abrasion resistance and bonding strength of the plywood overlaid by the impregnated paper with the modified waterborne acrylic resin were further compared and analyzed through the average test data of three groups.The results showed that the modified waterborne acrylic resin did not produce new chemical bonds.Moreover,both the nano aluminum hydroxide and the CNC acted as reinforcing phases in the resin emulsion.Besides,the addition of the CNC and nano aluminum hydroxide did not have any effect on the thermal stability of waterborne acrylic resin emulsions.The temperatures corresponding to the endothermic peaks of the modified waterborne acrylic resin were higher than that of the unmodified waterborne acrylic resin,and also the curing temperature was higher.The surface abrasion resistance gradually increased with the increase of the proportion of the CNC.The addition of nano aluminum hydroxide can further improve the surface abrasion resistance.The surface bonding strength of the impregnated paper increased when adding a small amount of the CNC,and reduced when too much CNC was added.As a result,by adding appropriate amount of the nano aluminum hydroxide and cellulose nanocrystalline,the surface abrasion resistance and surface adhesion strength of the waterborne acrylic resin impregnated paper can be improved.Moreover,the nano aluminum hydroxide can not only improve the flame-retardant performance,but also enhance the mechanical properties of modified coatings.Therefore,these two nanoparticles have great application prospects in the modification of waterborne acrylic resin emulsion.
