切削速度对CrN涂层刀具铣削饰面刨花板表面质量及磨损的影响 被引量:9

Effect of cutting speed on cutting surface quality and tool wear during the milling of decorative particleboard using CrN coated tool

摘要 针对饰面刨花板铣削过程中铣削表面质量低及刀具磨损过快的特点,本文采用CrN涂层硬质合金刀具对饰面刨花板进行了低高速铣削试验。对切削过程中的铣削表面质量及刀具磨损形态和磨损原因进行了分析研究。试验结果表明:低速切削条件下,饰面刨花板铣削表面极易产生毛刺和凹坑;高速切削条件有助于降低饰面刨花板铣削表面粗糙度和提高表面质量;低速切削条件下,CrN涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损主要是在后刀面切削刃口处出现了微小的崩刃,磨损原因为磨料磨损;高速切削条件下,CrN涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损主要是在后刀面切削刃口处,表现为涂层剥落和基体磨损,这种涂层的早期剥落及基体磨损造成了涂层刀具早期失效。因此,可以认为高速切削虽然大幅度提高了饰面刨花板铣削效率和表面质量,但是也同时加快了CrN涂层刀具的早期失效。 The low and high speed milling test of the decorative particleboard was carried out with the CrN coated carbide cutting tools,according to the low cutting surface quality and the fast tool wear.And the surface quality,tool wear pattern,and wear mechanism were analyzed and studied in this paper.It had been found that the milling surface of the decorative particleboard was easy to produce burrs and pits under the condition of low speed cutting.It was helpful to reduce the surface roughness and improve the surface quality of the finishes in the condition of the high speed cutting.Under the low speed cutting condition,the wear of the CrN coated cemented carbide tool was mainly the slight chipping of the cutting edge,and the abrasive wear was significant.Under the high speed cutting condition,the wear of the CrN coated tool was mainly in the cutting edge,showing the peeling and chipping of the coating material,and the early peeling of the coating caused the early failure of the coated tool.Thus,it can be considered that high speed cutting can improve the productivity and the quality of the milling surface,but also speed up the early failure of the CrN coated tool.
