摘要
对南宁地铁2号线橡胶浮筏板的小半径曲线段进行行车安全性试验研究。选取该曲线的圆曲点作为测试断面,进行轮轨动态力现场测试与分析,利用列车经过时的脱轨系数、轮重减载率和单侧轮轨横向力等车辆运行安全性指标进行检验和评价。试验结果表明,小半径曲线的橡胶浮筏板能保证列车的安全运营。
The rubber plate in small radius curve section of on Nanning Metro Line 2 was tested for train running safety.The curved points on the curve are selected as test sections to analyze the dynamic force of wheel and rail.The safety parameters of vehicle operation,such as derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate and lateral force of single side wheel and rail are tested and evaluated.The test results show that the rubber floating plate on small radius curve ensures the train safe operation.
