海上疏松砂岩油藏高速开采合理工作制度的研究 被引量:3

摘要 海上油田一般为疏松砂岩油藏,采油速度高,产量大,一般通过放大压差进行生产,但生产压差过大会导致油井产量降低,因此如何确定油井合理工作制度是海上油田高速开发的重要问题。海上油田的原油大多为稠油,高速开采会产生较大的井筒摩阻,传统确定油井合理工作制度的方法主要是确定合理井底流压,未结合稠油高速开采易产生井筒摩阻的开采特征。为此,研究考虑井筒摩阻后压差和产量的关系,分析了高产条件下压差和产量非线性的原因,认为除了井筒摩阻的影响外,还有井底污染或地层出砂产生的附加阻力。根据井筒摩阻和附加阻力的变化规律,结合实际油井开发动态,以有效作用压差和极限压差来确定油井合理的工作制度。并应用该方法对多口井进行计算和分析。 Offshore oilfields are generally loose sandstone reservoirs,which have high oil production rates and large oil production.Generally,they are produced by amplifying the pressure difference.However,the production pressure difference is so large as to cause the production decrease of oil wells.Therefore,for the high-speed development of offshore oilfields,it is an important issue that how to determine the reasonable working system of oil wells.Because most of crude oil in offshore oilfields is heavy oil,high-speed exploitation will generate large wellbore friction.The traditional method of determining the reasonable working system of oil wells is mainly to determine reasonable bottom-hole flow pressure,which can not reflect the production characteristics of heavy oil in offshore oilfields,that are easily to produce wellbore friction.Therefore,the pressure difference and production were compared after considering the wellbore friction,and it was analyzed the reasons for the pressure difference and yield nonlinearity under high production conditions.The results showed that in addition to wellbore friction,there is also additional resistance produced by bottom pollution or sand production.According to the change rules of wellbore frictional resistance and additional resistance,combined with the actual development of oil wells,a method was proposed to determine the reasonable working system of oil well by effective pressure difference and the limit pressure difference.And then this method was applied in many wells.
