摘要
在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,分析了高校大学生创新创业教育及其评估体系的研究现状,给出了影响大学生创新创业能力培养的关键因素和评估模型。首先,结合层次分析法和熵值法的主、客观优点,构建了基于信息熵原理的组合权重模型;其次,利用遗传算法优化神经网络,建立基于遗传神经网络的大学生创新创业能力评价模型,并利用组合权重模型获得的权重值调节遗传神经网络的连接权值;最后,通过某应用型高校大学生创新创业数据验证了该组合评价模型的有效性,研究成果可以为应用型高校大学生创新创业能力评价提供一条新的思路。
Under the background of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the college students innovation and entrepreneurship education and its evaluation research are analyzed.Then the key factors and assessment models are given which influence the cultivation of college students innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Firstly,a combined evaluation model for selecting the right weights is proposed which combined the main advantages of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.Secondly a comprehensive evaluation model of the college students'innovation and entrepreneurship based on genetic neural network is established.Simultaneously the weight values obtained by the combined weight model are used to adjust the connection weights of the genetic neural network.Finally,the validity of this combination evaluation model is verified by the data of an application-style university.The project provide a new research idea for the application-style of innovation and entrepreneurship of application-style college students.
