摘要
针对纯液压或机械式导向接头丢手失败后无法二次丢手及导向接头送入尾管过程中遇阻不允许转动的问题,研制了具有液压和机械2种丢手结构的尾管送入导向接头。通过对导向接头关键零部件——钢球悬挂结构和导向结构进行理论分析计算和多次试验,验证了液压丢手机构和机械丢手机构设计合理、剪切压力稳定,各项性能达到设计要求。截至2017年12月,优化后的导向接头已在渤海、南海和大港等油田累计应用17井次,尾管送入井深1 457~3 931 m,球座剪切压力15. 1~16. 2 MPa,导向接头丢手成功率100%;上接头平均可重复使用4次,显著降低了导向接头成本。现场应用结果表明:进行QPQ工艺优化处理后的导向接头耐冲蚀性能明显提高,达到了重复使用和降本增效的目的。
The hydraulic or mechanical guide joint could not conduct release after release failure and the guide joint is not allowed to rotate during liner running.To address the problems,the liner running guide joint with hydraulic and mechanical dual release structure is developed.The theoretical calculation and the multiple tests on the key components of the guide joint-the steel ball hanging structure and the guide structure indicate that the design of the hydraulic release mechanism and the mechanical release mechanism is reasonable,the shear pressure is stable,and the performance meets the design requirements.The field application results show that the erosion resistance of the guide joint after the QPQ process treatment is significantly improved.As of December 2017,the developed guide joints have been applied in 17 wells in the Bohai,Nanhai and Dagang oil fields,with the liner running depth of 1 457~3 931 m,the shear pressure of the ball seat of 15.1~16.2 MPa and the success rate of 100%.The upper joint can be reused 4 times in average,which significantly reduces the cost of the guide joint.
