摘要
目的探讨针对改善更年期症状的治疗方式对更年期女性伴有慢性咽炎患者的治疗效果。方法本研究将126名更年期难治性慢性咽炎的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在给予清咽利嗓的同时给予谷维素和艾司唑仑治疗,对照组仅给予清咽利嗓治疗。在治疗过程中通过患者描述咽部症状,咽部查体评估疗效。数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行分析。结果两组治疗效果比较可发现在治疗过程中治疗组较对照组患者总有效率显著增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征是导致慢性咽炎反复发作且不易治疗的重要原因之一,针对植物神经功能退行性变的治疗能更有效的改善患者慢性咽炎的症状。
Objective To explore the treatment effect of chronic pharyngitis in menopausal women with the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods 126 menopausal patients with refractory chronic pharyngitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with halophilic and estazolam at the same time as given in the case of pharyngeal laryngeal administration.The control group was given only acupuncture therapy.In the course of treatment we assess the efficacy through the pharyngeal symptoms and signs.Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Menopausal syndrome is one of the important causes of recurrent episodes of chronic pharyngitis and is not easy to treat.The treatment of degeneration of autonomic function can improve the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis more effectively.
