摘要
我国建筑施工的质量管理随着现代化经济的不断进步而变得越来越重要,因此施工单位需要根据施工质量的实际情况来做系统的、详尽的分析和评估。在建筑施工实际操作的过程当中,施工单位要根据设计的特点、建筑工程的要点进行系统、全面的分析,深化建筑施工质量的管理工作,最终达到建筑施工高质量、安全、科学的目的。在文章中,首先说明了建筑工程质量管理与控制的重要性,然后剖析了对建筑施工质量造成不良影响的原因,最后针对如何提高建筑工程管理与加强施工质量提出了一些建议,希望可以帮助相关人员解决一些问题。
With the development of modern economy,the quality management of construction in our country becomes more and more important,so the construction units need to do systematic and detailed analysis and evaluation according to the actual situation of construction quality.In the course of the actual operation of the building construction,the construction units should carry out sys tematic and comprehensive analysis according to the characteristics of the design and the key points of the construction project,so as to deepen the management of the construction quality and achieve the goal of high quality,safety and scientificity in construction.In this paper,the importance of quality management and control of construction project is explained firstly.Then,the reasons of bad in fluence on construction quality are analyzed.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the management of construction project and strengthen the quality of construction,in the hope of helping the relevant personnel to solve some problems.
