摘要
本研究旨在探讨饲粮不同维生素E水平对"京红1号"蛋鸡产蛋高峰期生产性能及蛋品质的影响,确定"京红1号"蛋鸡产蛋高峰期维生素E的适宜添加量。试验选用32周"京红1号"蛋鸡360只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡,4个处理组饲粮维生素E水平分别为0、5、15、30 IU/kg。预试期1周,试验期10周。结果表明:各组平均蛋重随着饲粮中维生素E水平的升高而增加,30 IU/kg组的平均蛋重显著高于5 IU/kg组(P<0.05);0 IU/kg组蛋黄颜色显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。结果显示,当饲粮中添加5 IU/kg维生素E时,"京红1号"蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质相对较好,其基础日粮中天然维生素E含量为15.38 mg/kg,折合后为23 IU/kg维生素E,推荐"京红1号"蛋鸡产蛋高峰期需要量为28 IU/kg。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary vitamin E levels on the productive performance and egg quality during peak production period of Jing Hong laying hens.Three hundred and sixty thirty-two-week-old laying hens(Beijing Red)were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 6 replicates of 15 birds per replicate based upon laying rate(92.7±5.6%)and body weight(BW)(1.62±0.04kg).The vitamin E levels were 0 IU/kg(A),5 IU/kg(B),15 IU/kg(C)and 30 IU/kg(D),respectively.The adaptation period was 1 week,and the experimental period was 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:the average egg weight was increased with the improvement of vitamin E in dietary.Compared with the 5 IU/kg,average egg weight of 30 IU/kg gruop increased(P<0.05)significantly;Level of vitamin E did not significant affect(P>0.05)on egg quality,besides yolk color.Compared with 30 IU/kg group,the 0 IU/kg group increased(P<0.05)significantly.In summary,adding 5 IU/kg vitamin E can satisfy the peak production of Jinghong laying hens.there are 15 mg/kg vitamin E contained in the basal diet,equaling to 23 IU/kg vitamin E,so 28 IU/kg vitamin E were required for Jinghong laying hens during peak production.
