摘要
[目的]探讨开放式职业技能训练对慢性精神分裂症住院病人康复效果的影响。[方法]选取2013年1月—2016年12月于我院住院治疗的精神分裂症病人80例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组;观察组病人由经过专业技能训练的护士给予开放式职业技能训练和管理,对照组给予常规康复护理管理;两组病人分别在病人入组时及干预2周、4周、6周、8周和12周进行护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE-30)和护士用简明精神量表(N-BPRS)评估;分别在入组时及干预4周、8周和12周进行住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评估。[结果]观察组病人干预2周、4周、6周、8周和12周NOSIE-30评分均高于对照组同一时点评分(P<0.05);干预2周、4周、6周、8周和12周N-BPRS评分均高于对照组同一时点N-BPRS评分(P<0.05);治疗4周观察组病人的生活能力评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),干预8周和12周观察组病人工疗情况、生活能力、社交能力、讲究卫生能力、关心和兴趣等各项评分以及总分均低于对照组病人评分(P<0.05)。[结论]开放式职业技能训练可明显提高精神分裂症病人各项能力,有利于病人康复。
Objective:To explore the influence of rehabilitation effect of open vocational skills training on rehabilitation effect of chronic schizophrenia inpatients.Methods:A total of 80 inpatients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were included in this study,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group received the open vocational skills training and management by nurses with professional skills training.The patients in control group received routine nursing.The patients in the two groups were assessed by the Nurses′Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE 30)and the Nurses′Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(N BPRS)at admission,at 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks of intervention.Two groups of patients were assessed by the Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(IPROS)at 4,8 and 12 weeks of intervention.Results:The NOSIE 30 scores of patients in the observation group at 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks after intervention were higher than those in control group at the same time(P<0.05).The N BPRS scores of patients in observation group at 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks after intervention were higher than those in control group at the same time point(P<0.05).The life ability score of the patients in 4 week observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).In the 8 week and 12 week intervention groups,the occupational status,life ability,social ability,personal hygiene ability,concern and interest,and the total score were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The open vocational skill training could improve the ability of schizophrenic patients which would be beneficial to their rehabilitation.
