摘要
为提高人造板厚度在线测量精度,设计了一套人造板厚度在线测量系统,在此基础上应用小波包-卡尔曼混合滤波在线测量的人造板厚度。首先使用小波包分析对在线测得的数据进行多变分解,得到平稳信号;然后以一维变量人造板厚度构建状态方程和量测方程,建立噪声环境下的卡尔曼滤波跟踪算法,以减小动态测量过程中系统噪声和过程噪声对测量值的影响;最后以中密度纤维板为例进行在线测量实验,得到实验数据并进行对比分析。实验结果显示:所提方法能够有效减少测量误差,提高测量精度,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to improve the thickness measuring accuracy of wood-based panel,an on-line thickness measurement system was designed and a thickness measurement method based on wavelet packet and Kalman hybrid filtering was proposed according to the designed system.Firstly,the online measurement data was decomposed by wavelet packet analysis to get the smooth signal.Secondly,the state equation and measurement equation were constructed with the thickness of wood-based panel which was the one-dimensional variable.At the same time,the Kalman filter tracking algorithm were established in noisy environment and the optimal predictive value was calculated for wood-based panel thickness which reduced the influences of the state noise and measurement noise during the measurement.Finally,the medium density fiberboard was carried out in the on-line measurement experiments,and the experimental data were obtained and analyzed.Experimental results show that the proposed measurement method can effectively reduce measurement errors,improve measurement accuracy,and may take effect in its applications.
